
Ambra Redrick is a courageous disruptor and CEO and co-founder of Teen HYPE, a Detroit-based organization leading a movement to help young people thrive. For more than two decades, she has impacted thousands of young lives by centering youth voice and believing young people are meant to be seen and heard. Redrick co-created a holistic approach to youth leadership that fuels Black youth brilliance, building spaces where young people can boldly be themselves and drive change. She proudly advocates for and alongside Detroit youth. Currently, she is leveraging her expertise in adolescent development, social work, and nonprofit leadership to champion the Detroit Youth Action Plan manifesting a longtime dream of adults honoring their promises to Detroit youth. She holds two master’s degrees. When not chauffeuring her youngest daughter, Redrick practices photography and explores her beloved Detroit.
