
Neil Silverston is a social entrepreneur dedicated to creating opportunity and investing in the potential of individuals to succeed. Prior to his role at SparkShare, he was President and founder of WorkSource Partners–a welfare-to-work and workforce development organization that helped over 15,000 individuals advance their careers and earnings.
As co-founder of City Year, a nationally education non-profit, he helped support and empower young people in 29 cities across the country. In addition to his work in public service, Silverston is an engaged community organizer focusing the last 15 years on common sense gun legislation, poverty, mental health, and racial justice. Working with young people seeking to make positive change in their communities gives him hope for our future.
