
Lindsey Boozer is a founding member of the OYEA and a member of the City of Boston workforce since 2021. In her current leadership capacity, she drives the department’s mission by building and sustaining connections between City Hall and Boston’s diverse network of youth-focused community organizations. Boozer’s career is defined by a commitment to socially driven missions, supported by a master’s degree in public policy from Northeastern and dual degrees in political science and social work from Miami University. Her previous experience in congressional campaigning and nonprofit advocacy provides her with a distinct lens for using advocacy and social policy to create a more equitable city for Boston’s young people.
