Laila Randolph

YAC Chair

Partner Cities

  • Detroit 2026

Laila Randolph is the YAC Chair, and an Aspen Challenge: Louisville ’19 alum. She now serves as Public Relations & Marketing Manager at Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT), where she supports autistic individuals and families across Louisville by connecting them to vital social and educational resources.

She believes, “The Aspen Challenge gives young people the opportunity to make a real, meaningful impact in their communities” — a conviction that continues to guide her leadership.

A true Gemini, Laila is adaptable, social, and full of duality — equally at home on a night out with friends or curled up reading with her dog. She dreams of visiting New Orleans for its culture, history, architecture, and unforgettable food. A devoted fan of journaling ecosystems, she prefers handwritten thoughts over typed ones and loves seeing how others organize their notebooks.

Laila’s vision for YAC is to build a strong, flexible foundation that keeps Aspen Challenge alumni meaningfully connected — in ways that work for them now and in the years ahead.
