Jose Martinez

Jose Martinez is the College & Career Pathways Manager at Sociedad Latina. Originally from Puerto Rico, he moved to Massachusetts in 2012 and was first introduced to Sociedad Latina as a youth participant seeking direction after high school. Inspired by the support he received, Martinez later returned as a College Coach, driven to give back to the community that helped shape his journey. He is passionate about building strong connections with youth and families across communities and is committed to helping young people identify their strengths, set meaningful goals, and build bright futures.
