
Recognized by the White House as a Champion of Change and a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree, Jamira Burley has over 10 years of experience developing and implementing community engagement strategies on a range of issues for the City of Philadelphia, Department of Justice, Amnesty International, United Nations, and Hillary for America. Her body of work sits at the intersection of community, policy, and social good. She has a background training both adults and youth leaders in over fifteen countries with the goal of placing impacted communities at the center of change. In her free time, Burley is a member of local and national advocacy groups working on gun violence prevention, criminal justice reform, and global education.
