Roy currently serves as the Program Manager of Master Site Development at the Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), located in Denver. He oversees the coordination of various real estate developments with the mission of creating community assets that include schools, affordable housing, community centers, and nonprofit office space. With ULC, Roy has served a vital role in the realm of affordable housing around the Denver Metropolitan Area by creating a database that serves as a tool for identifying expiring affordable housing units across the city for the purpose of replacement and preservation.
