Carrington has a proven track record of building programs from the ground up, including the Innovation for Impact philanthropy program and the SharkNinja Innovation Challenge, both designed to foster innovation while advancing social good. She excels at partnering with executive leadership to create strategic roadmaps that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
