
Maria G. Fruci is a corporate philanthropy leader committed to strengthening local communities. In her current role, she leads nonprofit partnership strategies across Massachusetts, aligning philanthropic investments and employee volunteerism with workforce development and financial empowerment initiatives. Fruci has built and scaled high-impact community programs at corporations including Stop & Shop Supermarket Co and BJ’s Wholesale Club. She is known for launching initiatives that support healthy food access, youth development and economic mobility, most notably expanding Stop & Shop’s School Food Pantry Program from 50 to 185 partners in under two years. Fruci holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and journalism from Utica College of Syracuse University and serves on the board of Quincy Asian Resources.
