Tigee Hill is director of partnerships and initiatives at Health Leads, advancing the organization’s key partnerships and working with institutions throughout the country to assess, design, and implement social needs interventions. Hill brings nearly 15 years of program development and management experience to her role, with a focus on design and delivery of impactful health initiatives for youth and adults. She spent nearly a decade in nonprofit and for-profit health care settings, most recently as director of health promotions for Chicago’s Westside Health Authority. Through her earlier work at Mercy Hospital, Hill served as a liaison between the health care system and school-based health centers, developing new ways to bolster immunization compliance and pregnancy prevention programs. Besides her professional work, she has held leadership roles with several Illinois-based organizations devoted to adolescent, reproductive, and school-based health. Hill holds dual master’s degrees in public health and business administration from Saint Xavier University.
