Stefanny Alecon

Stefanny Alecon has been a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal in New Orleans over the past five years. During her tenure as an educator, Alecon coached Youth Run NOLA, a local nonprofit that helps provide youth in the city a positive, structured environment and a safe space to move their bodies through walking, jogging, and running. She was named Executive Director of the organization in 2021.

Alecon is a graduate of Westfield State University, where she received a master’s in Special Education. She is a Native Spanish Speaker with a passion to drive change in her community.
