Shannon Sisler

Shannon Sisler is the senior vice president of talent management at Western Union. She is responsible for global talent acquisition, talent management, and also supports the organization’s transformation efforts. Previously, Sisler was the vice president of talent and diversity at DaVita and was responsible for leading efforts to optimally select, assess, develop and retain teammates. Additionally, she led corporate social responsibility and diversity initiatives. Prior to DaVita, Sisler was the senior vice president and global head of human resources at Janus Capital Group and started her career at Accenture. She is a member of the board of directors for the Leadership Investment and recently completed the Ashoka executive in residence program volunteering for Fundación Escuela Nueva in Bogota, Colombia.
