Matt Gray

Matt Gray is a community educator, leadership mentor and storyteller, and is currently the Executive Director of the Rocky Mountain Innovation Lab. He also manages Floodlight, a tool for change-makers to create compelling, mixed media digital stories that inspire positive community action. A writer since age 7, Matt believes in the power of words to share inspiring ideas and discover profound insights about the human experience. His enthusiasm for storytelling is matched only by his commitment to collaboration, play and creativity.
