Lyndon Pryor is chief engagement officer for the Louisville Urban League, where he manages the Youth Development and Education Department and the Health Education and Policy Department, in addition to all League communications. Prior to his work with the Urban League, he served as a student development specialist at Texas A&M University, where he supported students through crisis, designed and administered programs that assist college students in their personal growth, and helped build their professional competencies and leadership skills. While in Texas, Pryor also co-founded and ran a nonprofit youth development organization targeting African American high school students, with an emphasis on identity development, intercultural competency, goal setting, and personal and academic achievement.
