Jo-Ann Tan is the lead architect of +Acumen, which aims to provide emerging leaders with the skills they need to become more effective at changing the world.  +Acumen builds and runs free online courses and has recorded more than 90,000 signups to-date from 170 countries. +Acumen also oversees a network of volunteer-run chapters and course ambassadors to allow communities to become more connected with Acumen and each other.
