Beth Behnke

Beth Behnke is a Human Resources Executive at Venoco, Inc., an independent energy company. Behnke has worked as a professional in human resources for more than 20 years, honing her expertise in industries including oil and gas, technology and gaming. Holding leadership positions in both public and private companies, Behnke brings a breadth of experience in employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, HRIS technologies, training and development. Behnke is also heavily involved in Venoco’s corporate philanthropy efforts, serving on the Community Partnership Board and instituting several employee-funded giving and volunteer programs. She serves as the advisory board chair for the Student Engagement Initiative through Denver Public Schools. An avid cyclist, she is recognized as a Top 100 Fundraiser for the Colorado MS Society.
