Amber Tarrac is the CEO of FounderFuego, a bilingual hub helping founders overcome “Founder Fear” with tools, mentorship, and community in English and Spanish. With 20+ years in government, economic development, DEI, and nonprofits, she has administered over $37 million in grant funding. Tarrac served at the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development, the Employment Training Panel, and as Economic Developer for Miami Beach, Escondido, and County of San Diego. She served as President & CEO of the San Diego County Latino Association and supported statewide professional development training. A Certified Economic Developer and bilingual speaker, Terrac holds a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University, where she is a professor. Recognized by SDSU, La Revista Binacional, and the National Latina Women’s Business Association, her insights have been featured across major media outlets.
