Denise Hadley

Denise Hadley began her journey in Human Resources during elementary school while mediating disputes and building teams on the playground. She made it a career over 30 years ago by supporting the Cardiology Division at Stanford University Medical Center in what was then a “personnel” role. From that beginning, Hadley has been blessed to lead HR teams in retail, technology, academia, government agencies, and private industry. She has taught at the University level and helped to build and scale an enduring non-profit non-governmental organization that feeds, clothes, and houses hundreds of hurting and forgotten people every day. Hadley was recruited to Nike, Inc. in 2018 to support Nike Engineering where she led the HR project team, integrating Engineering and Tech. From there, she returned to supporting NDDC, before leading the Technology HR team. In 2023, Denise moved to Boston to lead the Converse Human Resources team.
