Chris Mann

Chris Mann is a Vice President and Head of Community Affairs for Bain Capital. In this role, Mann directs community affairs activities including philanthropy, employee engagement, sponsorship and events working across the firm, its portfolio companies, and external partnerships to further amplify the impact of our collective efforts. He developed an expertise and passion for driving social change through corporate responsibility, marketing communications and fundraising roles at City Year, Reebok, New Balance, Cone Communications, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Mann received an MBA from Boston University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, where he was Senior Class President and recipient of the President’s Award for outstanding service to the college and its community.
