Josh Miller

Josh Miller is co-founder and CEO of IDEAS xLab, a Louisville-based nonprofit that was named 2019 Nonprofit of the Year by the Derby Diversity & Business Summit. He is an artist with a background in entrepreneurship, art and business administration, and editorial production. Miller explores the world through photography (and a lot of running), documenting his journey at joshmiller.ventures, and uses photography and collaborative storytelling to celebrate LGBTQ+ and black communities. He is a TEDx speaker, advisor for the Derby Diversity & Business Summit, founding board member of Civitas: Regional LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, and former co-chair of the Louisville Health Advisory Board’s Communications Committee. Miller was named one of Louisville Business First’s 2018 Forty under 40 and Business Equality Magazine’s 2020 Forty LGBTQ+ Leaders under 40.
